kind of stuck on listening to Lance right now, thought that Curby might enjoy this as it's a bit different than the fast blues rock stuff he typically plays. There is another one on Tell the Truth that also has some really good country flavor to it but I have yet to find it on the Utube. You don't want to miss the new band with Wes Jeans if they get close to you, they are tight as it comes

Brent Cobb - "Ain't a Road Too Long".  Catchy song, good solo.  Reminds me of The Black Crowes and Skynyrd.  He's been touring with Chris Stapleton and it's for a reason.

I always think of my brother listening to this great song by one of my favorite groups.  Larry Carlton does a more than amazing solo on "Kid Charlemagne".

Saw this quote from a fan and had to include it.....

Ran into Mr. Carlton on a Smooth Jazz Cruise. While he was signing the CD I just bought, I kind of whispered low...Mr. Carlton, thank you for the work on Kid Charlemagne. You inspired many of us. He stood still , for a moment...Looked up in the air to the right, recalling, and we had a small moment, he said thanks for remembering, Jon. xo

Forgot to mention Bernard Purdie is on drums in this song.  Incredible playing!
