Yes the JCM600 was the one with the knobs on top! It was a very unusual design for Marshall. I know a guy who has one and he's constantly getting it fixed or debating over the tone...I would say keep it around if you didn't already invest too much into it for collectors sake. Can't have too many amps! I don't think that the JCM 600 was refered to as a "dual super lead" amplifier, but like I said before it is very similar in function the the DSL series.
