Shreddy I'll fix you up next time you stop by. Your best bet is to avoid anybody who wears a hat. Also check writing credits, not too many hats write their own stuff. One of my faves are The Nottinghillbillies (Knopfler & friends) doin' their country thing. I've got Knopflers All The Roadrunnung & Real Live Roadrunning with Emmylou, it doesn't get much better than that. Also got a vast array of Marty Stuart. OK Shreddy, I just went the extra mile and reached into the wall of sounds in the living room, which you thought you probably knew by now, and here's some offerings. Emmylou x 20, The Judds, Steve Earle, John Anderson, Southern Pacific, Highway 101(from Sacto.), Chris Hillman's Desert Rose Band, The Flying Burrito Bros., Best of Graham Parsons, Mark O'Connor, Rodney Crowell, Jimmy Buffett's License To Chill(with all the hats), Charlie Daniels Band, The Tractors(Tulsa's Finest), Dwight Yoakam(Live A+), Gretchen Wilson, Dixie Chicks, Vince Gill, The Maverick's, K.D. Lang's early stuff(A+), Terri Clark, Blackhawk(Henry Paul of The Outlaws country band), David Ball, Austin Hanks, Lucinda Williams, Billy Dean, and of course the basics Willie, Waylon, The Hag, & Patsy Cline. Those are just CD's, the cassette collection is totally whack old school country. Their's a ton o'bluegrass too. You already know about my stash of Southern Rock. Anything else you need Bubba? Just ask.
Merry Xmas Damnit,
J Dawg
