Re: What song are you listening to right now?

There's a handful of songs that everyone holds at their core.....

If this ain't one of yours, re-evaluate your core.....

Four Day Creep by Rose Hill Drive. Its a live song, great stuff. The song is a cover of Humble Pie's cover of the Ida Cox tune.

Re: What song are you listening to right now?

I bet they do. I am not a big NY fan but whenever the boys get together to jam his stuff is fun to do. My son Colin can play a mean NY guitar style solo. I bet there are a few more Neil tribute bands out there. I thought it was funny seeing the Janpanese guy sing just like him.

Grand Funk meets The Who...

Ringo Starr's All Starr Band live in Japan 1995, with Mark Farner (Grand Funk Railroad) playing the classic "Closer To Home" with the late Who legend John Entwistle on bass and current Who drummer(Ringo's son) Zak Starkey, along with the late Billy Preston on keyboards, Randy Bachman (The Guess Who/BTO), Felix Cavaliere (Young Rascals), and of course, Ringo....

This is for anyone lurkin'...

Sunrise
Sunset
Since the beginning it hasn't changed yet
People fly high begin to lose sight
You can't see very clearly when you're in flight

It's high time that you found
The same people you misused on your way up
You might meet up
On your way down

Vintage wines from the year '62
It's your thing, it's your thing
It pleases you
You love to be found way across town
You think it's an honor, boy, just to have you around

It's high time that you found
The same dudes you misused on your way up
You might meet up
On your way down

You think the sun rises and sets for you
But the same sun rises, sets and shines
On other folks too
I don't mind you turnin' round
I myself would even like a little higher ground

But it's high time that you found
The same people you misused on your way up
You might meet up
On your way down
On your way down

They're at home still runnin' for bells
Better San Juan
Than that blue collar hell

Re: What song are you listening to right now?

Roy's Blues. (No pun intended).  Seriously from the Great album, LIVE STOCK. Roy Buchanan has always been a favorite of mine and I kinda had forgotten about this masterpiece.

Take care everyone. And if I don't meet you no more in this world
Then ill, I'll meet you in the next one and don't be late, don't be late
