Hi Libby
What's the commercial for? It's not one we get in England obviously. Probably just as well.!

Tripsy,

I'm afraid it ran much too often many years ago here in the States.  A memorable, if not annoying little jingle for Libby's food (you know, vegetables, pumpkin pie filling, etc.).  I've attached a youtube link to the only thing I can find....it is NOT the original song, this young lady has changed some of the lyrics, but, you'll get the idea.  I still have people sing it to me often (as if I've never heard it).

Hi Libby, Libby,Libby on the forum, forum, forum
Sorry, I couldn't resist!
Actually we do have tinned fruit here by Libby's but no annoying adverts for it, I don't think
Thank goodness not everything from the States makes its way over the Pond!

Re: Pictures from The Cockpit Leeds

As I say, it was decades ago - thankfully - and, annoying as it may have been, it DID do the job of a jingle - I think EVERYONE who ever heard it remembers it to this date.

I much prefer your contemporary version Tripsy.  Thank  you very much Dear.  smile

Re: Pictures from The Cockpit Leeds

Thanks for your help Geoff,

I found out to put the ISO on 800, but shutterspeed?.In the usersmanual I can't find anything about it, just for shuttersounds for video.
When I set the ISO on 800, do I need the flash or not? I have 3 Joeshows so I can try a bit.

Maybe it's better that you come over, I have one spare Joe ticket for Zeche Bochum I always buy 1 or 2 extra. I promised it a friend but he probably can't, others asked me already but I wait for the friends answer.
There are always people who want to go and don't have a ticket, forummembers and friends come first.

Andre Wittebroek.

Re: Pictures from The Cockpit Leeds

Andre, many thanks for the offer of the ticket. Of course I'd love to come over but I really have to pay some bills first! LOL! I'm seeing Joe again in July, then there's the live album to buy, arrange business appointments in London around the 4th May next year, and with a bit of luck a new Joe Vid to buy as well. Thanks anyway.

No flash Andre, before you go to a concert to try it out, jus put a single desk light shining on the wall in an otherwise dark room and make some experiments to see what gives you the best results, but try to keep the shutter speed above 1/60th. Jeez, i must sound like I know something about this photography lark - I don't really - I only started just before Christmas!

good shooting
