Topic: Weber Beam Blocker?
Anybody using these? If so, what's your opinion? It's used to diffuse the high frequency death beam coming straight from the center of the speakers of your amp or cab. I just received mine today, and will hopefully install it tonight. Should give a similar result as the plexiglass shield Joe uses (though probably not as much volume control).
It has great reviews on Harmony Central (I know, I know...everything gets great reviews there...:P).

I think it's a cool concept, and cheap too $18 for 12". I'll let you know how it works. (I don't have any affiliation with Webervst).
Once I was playing with some guys, and we invited a singer/guitar player over for a jam/audition. We hadn't setup with a singer before, so we moved the amps around a little to make room for his mic and amp. He was a real nice guy, decent singer and guitar player, and said he had a great time with us. After he left, the rest of us hung around and jammed a little more. I moved over a little (right where he was singing and playing), and realized my amp was tilted back and aimed right at his head! And we were playing loud that day! He was such a nice guy, that he didn't say anything to me, and just withstood the death ray coming from my 45watt Budda for a couple of hours!
