I was not a big Ash fan in the 70s in their prime, but my brothers and sister were. I found this quite by accident and decided to post it because the sound quality is so good. I know we have at least a few Ash fans here

Not many can cover Aerosmith, but Dirty Honey can pull it off. Forgot to include their '21 release in my top ten last year.
King Buffalo doing the "jam in the band" series, although TBH I think this is a weird 'venue' for them. I think their music comes across much better recorded (or perhaps in person, but a live recording like this ins't as impactful). I love their album The Burden of Restlessness. Fantastic to run to.

When you mentioned Zappa and slide guitar I just knew it had to be Lowell. Bonnie has always said that she learned more about slide guitar from him than from anyone else

I just discovered his many recordings, been living under a rock I guess. Victor is great having played with so many different artists and I got to see him up close from the 5th row with Bela Fleck and the Flecktones. Dennis has played with many progressive / jazz artists through the years including Mike Stern .............. enjoy

this is classic Heads, with Adrian Belew added on guitar. I don't think they did that many concerts with other artists so this is a special one off. Adrian is on the right in the yellow shirt as if you couldn't tell in the first song

I remember enjoying their first album in 1970, but don't think I bought this one, I'm not sure. It is probably their most popular and best selling as well ............ go Heep !!!
