I really loved the Tull when in high school and college. I got to see them on 3 tours including this one. They also opened our concert with Thick as a Brick and played the entirety of it as here. I can go for 2 hours of Matt any day. He has a great voice and very interesting phrasing on guitar, reminds me a lot of Robben Ford. I missed a chance to see him in my own hometown several years ago, I could kick myself. This is from the current tour, sure would like to catch a show at some point

I watched some of this concert on AXS last Thursday, sadly they did not show the whole thing, only an hours worth of it. Kim had several beautiful Guild guitars he swapped out often and Chris had two ES335 Dots that were nice looking as well, including this one in army green  ............... RIP Chris Cornell

this is just nuts, if you had asked me I would have said he is dead. Not so much, he lives on at age 82 and looks better than I do at age 67. He still sings up a storm and Joe B adds a lot to the song

Been listening heavily to the songs of Adrian Quesada.  I really like his work with the Black Pumas.  Their big “hit” is Colours, but I’d rate that at about #5 on their eponymous debut album.  This is not muscle guitar blues or derivative, but rather seamless fine music.  Adrian can let a solo rip if he wants, but is just as comfortable being quietly in the background.https://youtu.be/0G383538qzQ.
