Through Solid Entertainments, so would guess 100 Club, possibly Borderline.

It is at the Borderline. Much better than the 100 Club.

Band of Friends, Borderline Friday 9th May 2014

The Band Of Friends is a celebration of Rory Gallagher's music. Rory's legendary rock and blues was popular around the world throughout the 60s, 70s and 80s. Gerry McAvoy played on every album Rory ever made, and Ted McKenna played with Rory for over 20 years. Along with Marcel Scherpenzeel (who Gerry describes as the closest guitarist to Rory that you will ever hear), they keep the music of Rory Gallagher alive.

Re: The London Gig Guide

Thanks to all for the updates, as ever. Please bear with me while I find the time to complete a full update of the gig list on page 1 - I've just finished the Bs! hmm

Does anyone know what's happened to Henrik's gig at the Borderline on the 28th Feb? It seems to have disappeared from the Bordeline's listings. I know he's launching his next CD on the 29th but does that mean he's elsewhere on the 28th?  Are there any dates in the UK other than his date in Manchester on the 27th?

Cheers

Hey Phil,
From Solid Entertainments, who usually handle Henrik here, Henrik is down for festival appearances at Norwich on March 1st and Doncaster March 2nd  and then nothing until Durham/Cleethorpes in June. Was sure I saw other dates earlier, but as you say London Borderline has disappeared and Manchester - Band On The wall is now cancelled.

Cheers Mike. Henrik is one of the artists I was most looking forward to seeing again next year. hmm

I guess I'll just have to get out the DVD until he comes back to the UK.
