IME, PBS seats are prime center orchestra in the first dozen rows. If they have any left you should go for it.
Yes, Rick is totally correct, PBS takes all the prime seats.
But I had a bad experience with one of their tickets last year for Joe. Was in Row E, 5 rows back, great, but the second seat in from the wall, so far over that the speakers totally cut off my view of Tal and Carmine. However, our PBS has a policy that if you end up with a bad seat due to obstructions, they would move you to a better one. Evidently they reserve a few extra just for that purpose. So I also recommend you go with PBS.
