Already posted, but worth a repeat anyway! Yes I will "be there!" Shall get tickets at weekend on payday, I caught him at the Islington Academy in November, was most impressed.
Holy Moly, what took me so long to check the Forum out for buzz on this tour?!? Well, given that I only have tickets for Shepherd's Bush and Hammersmith (got shut out for RAH ;^( for starters, and wasn't sure I could even pull the trip off til very recently, I don't even have air or lodging squared yet, but I'm madly working on it. Any sort of pre- or post-show meet & greets in the works? My other half Tim and I would love to meet up with some of you and hoist a pint or two. Not sure whether we'll be coming in the week before or staying the week after yet, but any recommendations for blues or other live music joints will be most appreciated. Also, any of you statesiders received your tix yet? I saw posts here about the VIP tix, but not RAH and not VIP for us. Anyone try the (independent) tour pkgs either, or just bought tix and chose lodging on your own? Very late to the game, but hoping to wrap things up by this weekend at the latest.
welcome Cherri and Tim, check out page 1 of this thread for the full list of London gigs around that time. Our good buddy Wooders updates it when he can. As far as I can tell, only Simon McBride on 4th April is missing from the front page for the time you're here - and I would thoroughly recommend going to see him if you can.

Hi, firstly i only have my Royal ALbert Hall tickets at moment, not my Shepherd's Bush or Hammersmith Tickets yet. Secondly music in London: Eric Johnson is playing Shepherd's Bush Empire on the 3rd of April, and Simon McBride is playing The Garage for £16 (definately worth checking out if over http://www.simonmcbride.net/) The Black Crowes are playing The Forum on the 29th & 30th

Thanks for pointing this out, David. I was sure I updated it with all the new dates our Buddies have kindly posted above but I must have just looked at the preview without clicking the 'submit' button - doh!
Simon McBride? Definitely!

Thanks. I've added Larry McCray but it's not yet on the Blues kitchen website. It is on his own tour dates page tho'.

Fleetwood Mac extra date - 27 Sept
Only thread I could find for recent Fleetwood Mac. Just got a blast for a show here in July. I never want to hear another whinge about Joe's prices. $192 with fees for nosebleed in a football stadium. EACH! You'd need binos to see the stage.
If any of our cousins from across the pond are looking for something to do on 2 April, I would highly recommend going to see Julian Sas. He is a Duth blues guitarist that plays the sweetest guitar and his vocals remind me of Walter Trout. This is first UK jaunt to support his Bound to Roll album.
Also on the bill with Julian Sas is Larry Miller, so a pretty good line in prospect. At the same venue on April 4th is Simon
McBride, who also comes highly recommended. We're spoilt for choice.
Steve Winwood - Shepherds Bush Empire - 20th June
Oli Brown at the 100 Club, 30th April, has been cancelled. In his place Aynsley Lister will be performing and Bex Marshall will still be supporting.
