Re: The London Gig Guide

Hey Phil,

What's Sevenoaks like for you?

Wed 30th Jan  Sevenoaks  Stag Community Arts Centre  Erja Lyytinen + Mitch Laddie.

Re: The London Gig Guide

Mike, Sevenoaks is a bit far for a weekday, besides Erja is playing the New Crawdaddy on the 31st which is only 30 mins away from me - if I go. Unlikely as I'm seeing Henrik and Billy Walton Band on the 29th and may see Billy Walton again on the 1st Feb at a venue I've not been to before, which is also around 30 mins away.

I've added the recently posted gigs on the main list.

Thanks again for your input everyone .

No bother Brack, Planet Rock presale tomorrow. Might just be good seats.

Re: The London Gig Guide

If you want front row seats you're more likely to get them from the LST box office. At the present time their website is saying the 23rd is sold out (I assume this means they haven't gone on sale yet) and there are still some seats for the 24th remaining.

Re: The London Gig Guide

I've just been to the Planet Rock presale for Robben Ford to see what's available and they've got front row tix for the 23rd, and if you want 6 seats you can have 1-6. I'd avoid 1&2, but 3-6 are fantastic seats, with 6 being almost centre stage.

Re: The London Gig Guide

Hi Phil, I'm working in London at the International Casino Exhibition w/c 4th Feb. anything on on Tuesday the 5th? Unfortunately I'll be based at the A Loft next to the Excel Centre, which is a bit of a treck into the city, but hey, who knows, might have an evening free?

Re: The London Gig Guide

Hi Geoff, check the first page of this thread for all the gigs happening soon. Sadly, the only gig on the 5th is The Temperance Movement, which would have been a good show if it wasn't already sold out. sad

Re: The London Gig Guide

Thanks for the new gigs, guys. List updated.

From comments on here and made to me in PMs and mails its apparent that some aren't aware that the first page of this thread contains a "full list" of BluesRock gigs in London for the coming months. You should only need to check for new gigs posted by other forum members as far back as my posts saying I've updated the main list. I try to update the full list at least once per month and add new dates in between, so that's the place to start. I hope this helps.

Oh man, why couldn't it have been the Friday before? sad This is such a small place for him to play, saw Bex Marshall there 2 years ago. And given Classic Rock Mags 10/10 this month for his album, its gonna be hoachin.

Thanks anyway but following the link and trying to buy a ticket it says "sold out".

How about joining a few of us on here next Tuesday at the 100 Club for what promises to be a great night out with The Billy Walton Band and Henrik Freischlader. Check them out on youtube, you won't be disappointed and it's only £10! An absolute steal.

Re: The London Gig Guide

If you follow the link and try and buy it comes up with an error page. If you search the home page for the show it comes up as sold out. Sadly, I quite fancied going.

I will be at 100 Club on Tuesday for Henrik and Billy though smile

You will just have to join me in Camden on the 28th David. Couldn't manage the 26th but I am not going to miss this one.
