Did any body else feel like that was a Clapton style ending from say 24 nights?  It really reminded me of Clapton the way it ended.

Amazing performance, arrangement and tone! Great stuff...

I just saw him in Orlando a few days ago and it's the best he's ever been in my book.  The format of the show was great, his singing just keeps getting better and better (as evidenced by 12 and 13 year old my kids even commenting on it), his tone was more "organic" if that makes sense....with him incorporating a lot of techniques that I've him use on record but haven't really seen him incorporate into a single show...  It was a really great all around experience for me.

I agree the tone is good but overall this performance didn't do it for me. The vocal arrangement in particular is not to my liking. For me the Royal Albert Hall version will always be the definitive performance of this song. I have played it more times than I could ever remember and the solo still sets the hairs on the back of my neck when I hear it. This performance did nothing for me and it's not pulling me back to play it again.

Totally agree here. The RAH version is the version I always play along to when I'm practicing. It's fantastic.
