If you remember, a couple weeks ago I ordered this R8 Les Paul:

Well it arrived on schedule, but I had a couple super hectic weeks recently and failed to get pictures up for all of you to see. However, this is now a new gear day (x2) as a result...so I win, and you win. wink

Love the guitar, the neck is a nice fat baseball bat, which fits my hand perfectly. I love the finish and grain, and it is the resonantly loudest unplugged Les Paul I have played, and it sounds great through my various amps. I have no gripes so far, and I'm so glad to have upgraded Les Pauls from an Epiphone to this. big_smile

And now for the (x2). I spotted this used at a local store for a fair price, went in the next day with my Tele and LP to try it out and brought it home. It is an all original (minus the addition of a three prong cord), and is very clean for it's age. Still is loaded with presumably the original RCA's in all tube slots, and I'm going to go through everything soon to make sure they are up to snuff. I was told they had a tech go through it, but I will look over it again, and then give it to my tech to take a look as well. It is a 1970 Fender Deluxe Reverb!
