Delay settings and signal chain?

Hello all.
This is my first post on the jb forum. I've been a huge fan for a long time.
I'm trying to recreate a similar rig as joe but im a little confused on how he runs his pedals. I know he runs the tube screamer to bump the gain a bit, but is the tube screamer running early in the chain so that it boosts both amps he has on at one time?  Or is it specifically running into just certain amps? 

Also, does anyone know what actual delay settings he is using?  I know he has all the delay knobs at 12 o'clock on the dd3 but I don't have that pedal so I'm not sure what ms delay that would be, or how much delay feedback, or about how much delay mix to add.
Can anyone help out with this?
