Re: Dallas, TX

One interesting item at the merchandise table.  A signed JB Epi custom serial #1 for the first show of the fall tour.  Only 1 available for each show and sequentially numbered.  Price....$1,000.  I don't know if it sold or not.

Re: Dallas, TX

Thanks Rocket for your observations.
As for the sunglass issue, it was a case of absent mindess on Joe's part and when he mentioned "if your looking for some (I think he said Bozo) in a suit with sunglasses, then you will be disappointed". At that point, the man in front of me throws his sunglasses on the stage and Rick picks them up and hands them to Joe.
Joe eventually takes them off and puts them on an amp behind him. His guitar tech brings out another guitar and gives Joe his sunglasses. and as Mr. Beck reported, a lucky lady in the front row got the Joe sunglasses.

With the security issue, I really feel it was someone attached to the venue because he claimed we were in HIS secure area. At least that is what I hope.
There were only about 25 of us middle-aged delinquents waiting for Joe and this wasn't our "1st rodeo" on how to behave and form a single file...the comical part was that they really didn't know what to do with us and kept closing and opening the gate!

It was never a dull moment! ;-)

smile FUN times!  Sooo, next ? is...were YOU the recipient of said sunglasses?

No Rocket, I was not...
It was a tall, attractive blonde that got the glasses. Not the short, middle aged delinquent with the salt & pepper hair LOL!

Re: Dallas, TX

Same thing in Sheffield earlier this year. Security can be a pain, but Joe always seems to pull through which must e the last thing he must feel like doing at times on a long tour. That is one of the many things that make him No1. big_smile

Come on the Blades (sorry Idolbone just had to borrow your line)
