Since last Sunday I can't login to JBXP. I wanted to get connected to my friends there after a 14 days Pentecost holiday. What's wrong? Why does the interruption last so long? Does anybody know something about that?

It's back online, I don't know the reason for the shutdown. But it's the same old thing so if you miss a week, a month, a year, it doesn't really matter because there is not much to miss, IMO.

I tried it once but got fed up with picture after picture being posted that had nothing to do with Joe or music....

I am sure there are plenty of folks (even some around here) who really dig JBXP. Those of us who don't, though, really don't...
I'm sure whoever is running it will have it back online as soon as they can. So far as I know, though, that person doesn't hang around here much...

Posters with the attitude of GR are one of the reasons it has been in decline. Offline more than up lately and the few who frequent it are sad or mad.

There's no need for that sort of language. People are just being honest. As for JBXP being "a lot better," that might be a stronger claim if JBXP was, in fact, available. At the moment, it still isn't...
Well, I`m diappointed and disillusioned about the differences between the Forum users and those ones who joined JBXP. Sorry for that.
I think that`s no question of " one thing o r the other". I am participating in both and feeling excellent in doing this!
Do`nt forget we all have the same main subject: JB and his music and to communicate about that, to inform each other about that and to write what`s in our mind. We should do that in a "civilized" language (thanks colleague "Coach"), mutual respect and an atmosphere of tolerance, if we don`t agree to someones statements. No "Great divide", I mean separation.

I guess I should have been more succinct so you wouldn't have taken this out of context Pearl. I referenced sad or mad because JBXP has been down so much lately. I'm sorry you too feel the need to lash out over here where so many fans are regular readers, if not posters, most of whom are not old timers in the Joe world, including me. Posts like those today are what separate a few JBXP users from the orderly world of the forum IMHO.

There you go again always trying to divide people into "with the forum" or not and your condescending attitude toward the "nots". Please don't categorize me as a jbxp user- I haven't participated there in a long, long time and don't care what happens to it. Most of the people I know who are Joe fans frequent the Bonanation fb page- not this forum or jbxp- it's a closed group and crazies who come there are quickly removed from the group ( can you spell Anna from Germany?), you have the advantage of being able to block people on fb if you aren't interested in their posts and overall it has been a far more welcoming, enjoyable place to get Joe news and promote Joe. Of course, it wasn't always to your liking on BN but I think you realized recently you are probably better off sticking with the forum.
