Ok, I have my tickets ( Row 9 ), not so bad ! I've already bought my plane tickets and Hotel is also booked. I Hope me and the gang to be on the list for lunch because I think Ive made a big confusion yesterday to write on the forum. My only problem is that I've sent by mail the photo consent form to Rachael but she does'nt answer to me .... What to do ? just waiting !

Yvonne - your only confusion was to post your lunch confirmation in the 'other' topic with Vienna in the title. 
I saw it there and have added you to the list I made in this topic. As far as your photo pass goes, maybe you can also try larry@jr-adventures.com .
Tamas - no need to be confused, all is well! There is only one lunch being arranged and that's the one here.

I have a dumb question - what is the photo pass? Is it to have a picture taken with Joe or take pictures on the concert? I saw it in Prague they let people in at the front of the stage for the first two songs to take pictures. I would be interested in either or both but it will be live DVD recording so maybe there will not be a chance to do it...

See the sticky on the "Cool Photos" for instructions on requesting a photo pass, print and fax the form to Rachel Iverson. They are usually good for the first three songs of a set, then you return to your seat where you can continue to shoot. No flash ever! Individual venues may not allow this even with a photo pass. Photo passes are normally at the ticket box in will call before the show. Have fun!

Thank you Rick I am checking it right now! I wish I knew this before the concert in Prague but I just found the forum afterwards...

I believe we're all set to meet you wonderful people and you can meet my wonderful wife too, plus my two relatives who are joining us for the historic trip to celebrate our anniversary.
If you are able to add us to the seating plan and let me know the finer details in due course (we're not the best international travelers or navigators), we'll be glad to come and dine with you all. Look forward to it!
PS - we're staying at Le Meridien, so hopefully not too far away?

I am flying to Vienna on standby and would love to join for lunch but I only know at very short notice (2nd July) whether I can really make the early morning flight. Could you put my name down, even if it is not 100% sure yet? I met some of you nice folks after the RAH concert and it would be great to do so again.

I added you to the list, Alberta. Were you at the Cocoon, or did you just meet some of 'us' (whom?) outside the RAH? Where are you traveling from?
Thank you for adding me, Amsterhammer! I was at the Lido Cafe before the RAH show and also at the Cocoon. I am travelling from Zurich (Switzerland). From this list I definitely met Glyn/Jo, Annalies and her Mum and Eva and some others who are not on the list like Michael Lynch, Patty, Rhonda and guitarist Oli Brown (!). There were many more but unfortunately my memory is failing me badly (...old age!). I was also at Dingwalls (Aynsley Lister) the day before the show. I can't wait to be in Vienna and I am also going to Montreux. Will certainly let you know on 2nd July how my chances are.

Now that is funny. I asked Cathy about Alberta, but she couldn't put a name to the face either. Now, it seems you two were at the Cocoon too! 
We must have floated in different circles that night, because Cathy, Eva, Guenter (Eva's dad), Annelies, her mom and I were all there too. In fact, Guenter's avatar pic is from that night, and features Rocket and me sandwiching the white-haired one!
I'm sure we'll all go, "oh, that's you then..."

You probably wont remember us. It was so busy and all you regular posters know each other so well it was hard to pin anyone down to chat.
We did speak briefly to Patty, and she seemed a little shocked when I said to Jo. `This is Patty, she is a forum icon.`
We spent most of the evening with Alberta and a Irish lad and his father who for my shame their names slip my mind. I did manage to to get a quick pic with Joe though when he was on his way out. I was a great day all through, never to be forgotten.

Now this is really awesome! Thank you, Glyn & Jo, for your posts. I can’t wait to meet you again! The afterparty at the Cocoon was such a special experience, I had a great time with you there!
@Amsterhammer, I am pretty sure I did see you all at the Cocoon (I checked Guenther’s avatar!) but I think we didn't get to talk. So there is another chance in Vienna and I am sure it will be a lot of fun! I would also like to extend my thanks to you for organizing this.
