Re: 4th of July / 11th May

Dude your the coolest! That was fantastic. 5,000 miles, are you kiddin me, I'd be so tore up from drinkin, they would lock me in the bathroom.

Got a quick story for you, when we went to Memphis, the pilot gets on the horn and says" Good afternoon ladies and gentleman, this is Capt. Smith ( whatever his frickin name was ) were expecting a little rough air ahead please keep your seatbelts on until the light goes out overhead". I look at Deb " you got them drink tickets, I hate when they lie to us , you know the f***in planes goin down, I'm goin to numb myself up ". She rolls her eyes, as if to say " thats b.s. you just want to drink". The steward comes around and ask us what we want to drink " yeah I'll have 2 bloody marys and I'll mix it myself ", the dude smiles " cant wait for the 2nd time around huh (LOL)". I dead pan the cat " I'm just warmin up, stay close by", he looked at me like " oh no we got one of them".

Re: 4th of July / 11th May

Michael,
What can I say?  Thanks for sharing this video with everyone.  I've been listening to Joe Beacon's live recording of this song over and over and it's great, but to see it played again is simply awesome.  Just like I remember him playing it in SLO.
