Mega-thanks to Rocket for the tix. When the show was announced I didn't think that I could make it. Then about a month ago brother Rocket emails me with a wake up call (i.e. "what are you stupid?") and I reconsidered. My work schedule precludes me from making the Friday night show. Jane and I should be rolling into town around 3 PM on Saturday - checking into the hotel then off to meet up with the Bonamasses where ever they may be. This should be another one for the ages.
Question: I read that Shred won't be there, but do Michael, Patty, Rhonda & Roy have the front row again?

You are welcome of course. Sadly, none of them are even attending, to answer your question. I think the mafia has the front rose...

We're inside a month out now..... it's gonna be an epic weekend
My flights are booked...Friday doesn't work for me either, so I arrive in NY about 2pm Saturday. Looking forward to catching up with fellow Bonabuds and meeting some of the forum faithful I haven't met yet...pre-show or post show. Less than a month now, counting down days!
For what it is worth to anyone, I have a Terrace Suite ( with a nice Manhattan view ) at the 4 star
St Giles - The Court New York
130 E 39th St
Between Lexington Avenue And Park Avenue
New York, NY 10016
"Vibrant luxury boutique hotel in Midtown East, offering uncommonly large and well appointed hotel rooms and suites. Enjoy a refreshing drink and a game of pool at the lounge downstairs"
All are welcome, (Joe and band, crew, families and friends!!!) Thursday through Sunday Mourning...hours TBD, keys will be available to select persons. Person to person communication via cells may preclude need if people exchange coming and going entries and exits.
700 square feet, so room is ok! 3 blocks from Grand Central Station, so getting there and back to venue or bars/restaurants in venue area is fairly easy!

I have my tickets and am so looking forward to hearing Joe and the band for two nights.
Most likely it will be cold in Nov. It's already a bit chilly though we're having lovely fall like weather right now. Now it's about 75 degrees in the day but close to 60 in the night. It will probably be colder in early Nov. Once we had mid 60's in December, but that is very very unusual. Usually after 10/31, the temperature plummets to about the 50's in the day and in the night it can go down to the low 40's in Nov. Because we tend to overheat the indoor venues in the winter it is best to dress in layers.

On the Paul Jones show today, Joe said that a dvd is being filmed at this show. Wear your best clothes.
