Re: The London Gig Guide

Thanks for the reminder, David. The Gig Guide has been updated with a few more artists and dates. It looks like we may as well retire to the beach for August and September as there doesn't seem to be anything happening.  Very odd. hmm

Walter Trout and Popa Chubby on the same bill on 24 November. I know Walter's not your favourite blues guitarist at the moment, but I think this gig should be pretty special with these two blazing away. The stage is likely to combust with these two on the boards.  big_smile

Edit: Mr Feenstra must have read my thoughts and has just posted two dates by the incomparable Henrik Freischlader in September.  big_smile  Thanks for the heads up, David.

Re: The London Gig Guide

The night before High Voltage - 22 July, Marcus Bonfanti and his band play the Camden Blues Kitchen. Might go to that if I can get my mates booked in to the hotel beside Victoria Park and across to there before showtime (arrive in Euston about 6pm). Hope the tube travel journey is doable.

If you don't make that gig Kenny you'll be able to see Marcus doing his thing with St Jude who kick off procedings on the Main Stage on Sunday. Well worth seeing.

Yes I'm looking forward to seeing St Jude. My sister got me a signed cd as she and her mates have been raving about the band for ages.
