Topic: Oh No! Not more (great?) photos from Folkestone
At the risk of everyone ignoring this post, here is a selection from some of the pics I took at Folkestone on the first night of Joe’s recent UK tour. Apologies for the delay, but my holiday in Portugal got in the way.
Although these were taken with my little Fuji point and shooter there are a few gems amongst them. I particularly like the two after the set list which were taken (horror of horrors) with the flash on. The remainder were all taken sans flash. I experimented with the film settings starting with ordinary, then sepia and black and white and then Velvia for the rest. Remember Velvia? The colours on these shots are particularly deep making Joe’s acoustic look a shade of browny/red. Looks good though. BTW, that’s a pick between Joe’s lips, not his tongue!
The setlist was taken before the show and held by the lighting guys, hence the handwritten notes.
The BonaBuds with Rick and Carmine at the end are Roger, David and Maggie.
Hope you like them.
