Bake. Wings tend to be a bit fatty as they come and the added grease is just disgusting. Bake them on a rack or some way for the fat to drip off while they are cooking. Keep them spread out so they all get that crispy crust. YUM. I likem HOT.

edit. Get Cracking! only 5 hours to kickoff. Takes about 1/2 hour at 350.

Baked taste as good as fried and there's enough fat in those puppies already without adding more,lol.
Baked it was and they were killer...........WHO DAT!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just for future reference Randu, try inderect heat on the grill toss 'em in a bowl with your favorite sauce concoction and back on the grill to finish them for a few minutes. Low'n'slow, the only way to go.
