Without wanting to get into a "my gig was better than your gig" discussion, I'm glad you all had a great time. Having spoken to Duncan, Cathy and George and exchanged txts with Duncan during proceedings as to who was on etc., it almost felt like I was at both gigs. The Mule train doesn't often come by this way and seeing them on Saturday was undoubtedly my second favourite gig of this year - and what a year it's been.
Having seen JST on Friday, I agree with you about her position on Saturday's schedule. Can't quite understand it myself, but she was probably glad as she said to me on Friday that it would allow her to get some sleep.
