When I was a 'little lad' I remember staying up late to watch OGWT - especially remember Lynard Skynard, Bowie, Roxy and Marillion. If it was still on air, Joe would have been a welcome performer.
Whispering Bob Harris and Annie Nightingale were the presenters.
