Hi Bonabuddies,
thanks for all the kind comments.
Maybe do another vid same length with only the Ceriatone - all dry and no effects?
Steve, I did already. Watch the video again and around 4:00 I switched the Budda and all effects off.
You hear the dry sound of the Ceriatone then.
Wow, that sounds really good Alex! I also like the "mix" of the two best..
One more thing: Do you own a JB LP?? When can I come to visit you??
Eva, thanks for the flowers! Indeed, I'm very happy to call #140 my own.
I sold a Gibson '57 Goldtop VOS for it. I thought it would be the LP in the world..until I played the JBLP.
You can come around whenever you're close to Braunschweig and make some noise with it over the amps.
I'd be happy.
Sounds good Alex, nails the Bridge to Better Days tone! That's a cool JB inspired rig you have there. Maybe we could see a video with the same rig + Gigliotti big_smile ? Thanks for sharing!
You're welcome Paul. A video with the Gigliotti would be no problem. I try to make one next week on tuesday
when I rehearse with my little blues band. Otherwise, I don't want to bore the people here with too many videos...
But maybe you can do a vid? When I read your current toys then I'd be more than curious...:D
Do you use a "classical" halfstack, or something smaller?
And last - it's a bit hard to find out @ ceriatone.com - is it a 50 or 100w amp?
I use a really poor cabinet. Its a Marshall 1936 cab. It has 2x12" speakers.
I separated them and connect one amp to each speaker. I replaced them to a EVM12L for the Ceriatone
and currently a G12T-75 (former a G12H-30 heritage which I blew up) for the Budda. I will put in a Celestion Gold soon.
So its a very small and compact setup. My 2550 is the 50 watt version. Its more practicable with the volume.
But you can opt for the 100watt as well.
Thanks
Alex
