Topic: JB Store Customer service

let me just start with telling everyone I can, how impressed I am with the service Tamara Click gave me with my order on Wed July 24. After procrastinating on my gift search for my Mom's retirement party on Sun July 27, I decided to check out the JB store, only to be surprised by one shipping option, 3 to 5 days was not going to work. After a little searching for a contact, one phone call to Tamara, requesting a shipment to arrive on Fri July 26, and only telling her it was a gift for my Mom, I feel Tamara went above and beyond what most people would do. I live in San Diego, CA, she received the order on the afternoon of  July 24, eastern time, and was able to get it to me by Friday. Wow. Thanks Alot.

So why is it such a big deal,  Well not only was it my Moms retirement party, it was also her 67th birthday party, and more important, a continued celebration of life, with her family, after going thru hell with cancer a few years ago, we are lucky to still have her. And her being a huge JB fan, it was priceless to see her reaction to the gifts on a perfect day. The  "Susan G. Komen t-shirt" you guys offer, was extra special, Thanks again.

That is a great story Donny and makes me even more proud of the World of Joe!  Hats off to Tamara!!!  And so happy for your mom!!!  Many reasons to celebrate!!  Please give her my best and it would be really cool if you posted a picture of her here in her Joe "Komen" t-shirt!  This story just made me happy, too!   smile

Great great story.  Sorry to rant but FAR too many stores and companies have forgotten the customer is important.  You don't have the shorts in my size - who cares?  Order them for you? Duh!

Kudos to people who go above the norm to make others lives easier!
