Topic: Way Huge Pork Loin help

Hello, and Merry Christmas everyone!

My little brother picked me up a pork loin, after I went on and on about it, after seeing that Joe is now using one and gets the amazing creamy tone. This thing has too many knobs haha. Anyone know enough about them to get me going in the right direction? I took off the back cover and there are more knobs inside!

Thanks,
Logan

Re: Way Huge Pork Loin help

Marinate a pork loin in a little Italian Dressing and SASS.  Let sit 4 hours in fridge after stabbing all over with a fork.  Are you cooking in oven or outdoors? tongue

Ah, if only we were having pork loin for christmas dinner! Alas, it was a beef tenderloin. And since you asked... we cooked outside :-P

Re: Way Huge Pork Loin help

I am not familiar with the Pork Loin, but I can tell you that it took quite a while to dial in the Swollen Pickle. I would suggest just sitting down and working it until you are happy with the tone.
