I was at the show last night. I'll leave the lengthey in-depth reveiws to those that like doing that. I have only 2 words for last nights show - KICK ****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Joe mentioned he had a blast in Milw. on his FB page.
I'd like to know how many people came. Seeing Joe in Milwaukee holds a special place for me. I just wish he'd make it up to Appleton or Green Bay again!

Joe delivered another amazing show! Of course, does anybody have doubts that he wouldn't? Lovely venue.... great audience.... awesome night.
Can anybody tell me who was Joe's Protege at the very end of the show?
I am working on mastering the audio recording of last night. If anyone has a complete set list for last night. Otherwise, I will give it my best shot later today.
Two friends were with me and it was their first JB show. They were blown away.
Nic, I think Joe will play up our way again. We have venues like the Meyer Theater, the PAC in Appleton, and the Three Clans Ballroom at the casino. It's just a matter of time.

Hey Steve, I believe the set list was identical to the Elgin show. Looking forward to your recording!
Yes, another amazing performance from Joe and the band!
I'll have more comments later - too hard to do this from a Blackberry on the road,

I know NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I see NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I seldom post, but was at the show in Milwaukee last night with a friend and Joe and the band were SMOKIN!! The kid at the end was really amazing too - thanks to whoever posted his name, we've been trying to figure it out.
The only real complaint I have is that Joe is not playing hardly anything pre-'You & Me'. "Mountain Time" and "Blues Deluxe" were all we got. I love the new stuff, but I miss the boogie! Would love to hear some stuff from "Blues Deluxe" and "Had To Cry To Today" put back in the set list and see him bust out a Strat from time to time.
But performance-wise, WOW. Just amazing as usual. My friend Jon who came with had never seen Joe before and was totally blown away. Cool venue too! Nice sound, good beer prices, and a full house that was going crazy.
Wow,i'm a uk newbie to joe and this site (but just completed purchase of entire back catalogue, including triple signed LFNIP!)Did someone mention they were working on a boot of these shows? As a member of Wishbone Ash's US site, regular trading occurs thru the Living Proof site (not connected!) so presumably Joe's management attitude is similar to WA's-legit trade-offs but NO CASH to be exchanged? Hope to hear some of these but,as a newbie, have no Joe to trade back!Plenty of WA but little else.:( Got tickets for Glasgow gig in April,so might make some contacts there,if there's any other UK fans on board? Just got 'So,It's Like That' cd-Pain and Sorrow is just awesome! If he only plays THAT in Glasgow i'll be happy! And Takin'The Hit.....and Woke Up Dreamin'.....and Bridge.......crikey,you get the picture!:D:D

Thanks.
It came out really good. We had 3 rigs running right in front of the board and two of us will have our shows up on the 'net' shortly.
It was a little scary going in as the promoter wasn't aware that Joe is okay with audio recording, but we finally got it all approved. Some hiccups during the show on one of the songs when the mains went out, but thankfully that got fixed.
This venue has fish netting on the ceiling to prevent any of it from falling down on the crowd. It's been through at least one fire and is extremely old and in need of some tender loving care. Nice place though, but I have to remember the $5 parking next time instead of the $15 in the ramp!
Great to finally see Joe again after over a year away from Wisconsin. He just keeps getting better and better everytime I see him.
Bogie was in a good mood. We watched North Carolina beat Duke on TV in the bar below the venue. I hate Duke.
.....and now i've just seen other posts on other threads, dimeadozen seems to be the one, same as suggested by WA fans. Haven't used a torrent site as heard horror stories of virus's and such, but my spyware is up to date,so i guess i'll have to dive in!
Is there a name for the acoustic work that Joe played prior to Woke Up Dreaming?

We were standing right back and to the left of your gear - I was wondering who had the nice taping set up! : )
Absolutely amazing show. We got there early and were the first people in line. We had eight of us at two tables directly in front of center stage. One small blip with the sound at the beginning, Joe's voice was a bit "muddy" and hard to distinguish words, but the second song was like someone flipped a switch and you could hear as clear as a bell. Kudos to whoever straightened that out.
Joe, Bogie, Carmine and Rick all seemed to be enjoying themselves immensely and it showed in their playing.
I know there's been some debate on setlist and wanting to hear more older stuff, but I gotta say I think this setlist is superb, maybe Joe's best ever. I cannot pick out a favorite song because they're all so good. I could not want to pick a song that I'd want to replace!
great to see all the lucky ones who took in Elgin and Turner Hall. You are double blessed to see both shows.
