Topic: Palace Theater Pic's 3/4/09 Greensburg PA

It's Saturday morning and I am finally rested from 3 great shows (and squishing work in!)  I am amazed at how Joe is comanding the stage now.  He has morphed over the years into this incredible stage presence.  Not only is he amazing to listen too.........but incredibly exciting visually!  I am so glad to have the opportunity to be appart of this experience.

I love Joe .......so, it was very hard to edit down from 200+ photos.......to the 26 I put on flicker.  Wish I had better experience with shutter speed.....some of my pics are a little over exposed.
Enjoy forum friends........love to you all,
Susan

PS......first pic I got was Melissa choking Dean  big_smile, the 2nd to the last pic....my mom, joe and me.  until Friday.......a bonavirgin!  She asked to go to Buffalo with me...........then called me Monday beggin to go to PA!  Hahahaha...I love the power of Joe to change someones life.  I would have never thought that this woman who yelled at me in my teens to "turn that music down" would be loving some guitar screaming concerts!!  and the last pic is Joe and Logo33 (I met him 2 days earlier in Columbus, and asked him if he wanted to hitch a ride with me to PA!) Logan is the best, nice to see a 22 yr old totally loving Joe....and he didn't flinch coming to a rockin concert with a 51 yr old and her 77 yr old mom!!  lol:lol:

Hope I do this right.......   http://www.flickr.com/photos/23554485@N … 918639534/

Susan, Susan Susan, shutter speed? Your pictures are simply put, marvelous my dear! Got a real kick out of the ones with your family. I also see that Melissa has applied the so called "Death Grip" to keep Dean from talking during the show! lol

You're right about Joe, he sure knows how to hold an audience's attention not only by his playing, but also by his stage presence. Of course, that's where Joe belongs, on the Main Stage! It's also great to see the pictures of him playing "Woke Up Dreaming". You don't even need an explanation, you just know THAT'S what he's playing. smile

Thanks Susan, I'm now even more pumped for tonight and tomorrow night!!

Great pics, enjoyed them very much!

Re: Palace Theater Pic's 3/4/09 Greensburg PA

I guess Joe did come out the stage afterwards from your pics.  We left when the big security guards said he wasn't coming out.  We did catch him at the tour bus though.

By the looks of your pictures, I was right in front of you.

Thanks for the pics Susan, they're great! That must be Joe's prototype Gold Top. Number 1 and all subsequent models have his name on plate on the machine head.

Susan, These are great!!  I think this is very, very cool...a three generation timeline of Joe fans, speaks volumes. cool

The photo of Melissa = the power of the multitasking woman.  I've only met Melissa once, but I know she can talk on the phone, type on her computer, watch what her kids are looking at on tv, cook dinner and keep an eye and ear on Dean, etc. etc.... smile

I can't get use to seeing photos of Joe playing a Flying-V.  I think I must have a guitar sterotype etched in my brain. big_smile
