Topic: The Black Keys Live at Crystal Ballroom DVD

Anyone seen this dvd yet? Any fans of the Black Keys? Ive just discovered these guys about a month ago and they are awesome IMHO!

I want to buy some of their cds. Can anyone recommend me some?

I like the Black Keys, but have not seen the DVD.

I recommend Rubber Factory for an album. Also, Dan Aurbach (guitar and vocals) just released a solo album... sounds like it should be good!

I have the Crystal Ballroom DVD, and it is really good.  As far as their cd's go, I have them all- but I still like their debut CD "The Big Come Up" the best.... all of their cd's are good though.

I think that the live DVD is a pretty good example of where they are as band now.  Truly experimental rock and roll.  Alternative music.

I personally think that THICKFREAKNESS is the best record, as I think it is the most primal and violent version of Dan's guitar playing.
