Topic: Jonny Lang's sister on top 36 of American Idol

Anybody else see this? Apparently Jonny's sister is a singer too. She's using the actual family name Langseth though.

American Idol's fading on me but I'll have to check this girl out.  Her brother's a pretty good singer and maybe the apple didn't fall far from the tree.

Thanks Deezer. Always good to know the inside scoop on some of the contestants. Can't help it but a guilty pleasure aroung the Moody house is Idol.

I recognize the name from the Minneapolis music scene but I haven't seen her perform nor did I think there was a connection to Jonny. If she's as good a singer as Jonny she may have a pretty good chance. I'll have to wait to hear the results though because I'm not a fan of the show. I think I've watched a total of about 15 min. of the show since it first hit the airwaves.

My wife and daughters watched Idol religiously, and I admit to getting sucked in a hooked.
This year has been a bit pthetic IMO. I swore off ever watching Idol again after they kept those two dumb clucks in the final 36. Ughh!

she BARELY made it to top 36. I believe Simon said she wouldn't win right to her face. Didn't really get Jonny's gift.

on another idol note, did anyone catch when the construction worker sang Ian Moore's "Satisfied" the other night? I was suprised!
