Topic: So many guitars

As a new member could someone in the know let me know which electric guitars Joe is currently using on his live shows ? Apologies if this question has been asked before.
Lester.

Re: So many guitars

Mostly Les Pauls, e.g. his custom model. For the ballad of John Henry he uses a baritone strat, for acoustic songs a Yamaha or a Martin. Sometimes a Chandler LectraSlide, and one of his Gigliottis...

Re: So many guitars

Ernie Ball Baritone, Joe B. signature Les Paul Gold Top, a Rossington Les Paul, aged Murphy Les Paul at least one.

Yup.

Re: So many guitars

The reason he played the gigliotti at music live is because the Ernie Ball Baritone was delayed in customs. It didn't show up until a week later on the tour.

Re: So many guitars

I liked it on the gigliotti - It gave it a swampy sound which sounded awesome for that song.

Maybe it should be delayed every second show or so... big_smile big_smile big_smile

Re: So many guitars

The Baritone sounds better to me live. Much deeper and thicker sound.

Could be true - it was only a YouTube video - but the Gigliotti looks better big_smile
