Topic: JOE PLAYS CUPID

hi all, thanks for the welcome.i first heard joe about three years ago...about the same time an old friend had come back to town after twenty years.the song was blues deluxe and i could'nt believe what i was hearing.i went out and bought the album.....got my buddy to sit and listen to the song and he loved it!he said he would it would be great to go see this guy.i was so glad he was back around i thought it would be fun.so i went online.....found out he would be fairly close to us soon and told him.he was all for it and wanted to bring his new girl...his sister(tina) and her boyfriend.so i bought eight tickets.it was on.two days before the show my exwife, her boyfriend and my date all bailed so it was just the five of us.the show was awesome(small cub maybe 300 people)and they had such a good time they would'nt let me pay for ANYTHING.NP there.it seemed that tina was the most apprecative of all (via the liplock in the parking lot)! long story short by end of the summer we were together and have been ever since (she's my mountain time LFNIP).we just saw joe again again last october(i took her alone this time.lol)and it was great.going again in april and we can't wait.i just can't get enough of this guy.....even tina has to tell me......
"ENOUGH...put the hadphones on will ya".anyways thanks for listening.and THANK YOU JOE without you there would be no RAYLUVSTINA and for that we are forever grateful.as far as this forum goes it's great.i feel like an orphan who has found his long lost family.hope none of you fell asleep while reading this.thanks again...........AND PATTY PASS THE TATERS WILL YA.:)

Music is good for the Soul...

Re: JOE PLAYS CUPID

thanks for the replys, the first time we saw joe was in shirley MA (bullrun restaurant). the second time was in foxboro MA. although foxboro was great i liked the bullrun a little better.a bit more intimate and not half as many people but my understaning is there was a problem with demand for tickets and parking issues. no matter, we have fun no matter where we have go to see him

Re: JOE PLAYS CUPID

Re: JOE PLAYS CUPID

Welcome to the forum Ray. Ah, Blues Deluxe, one of my favourites. When I first heard that song I played it over and over. I'm happy for you that Joe's music has brought you more than expected.
