Topic: Moderators? Cannot Connect Message: Nick??? Please Help

Everyday I come to this site. I get a error message: Cannot Connect. Doesn't matter if I'm logged in or not. I get it every time I try to move to another page. It's really getting to be a pain guys. Please help. Please fix.

It's been happening to me a LOT when I move from page to page, or after posting something, or trying to follow a link...... I get that error message about every other time I try to do one of those things.  Occasionally it happens to me just trying to get on to the site too.

Me too, but then I just hit the refresh icon on my browser and everything is OK.

Me too, but to be honest, it hasn't bothered me much. I just hit the back button and try again...never had to try more than once.

That is what I have been doing. I did let Nick know it has been a problem. When I first reported he told me it was a server issue. It is a minor inconvience but newbies might get too frustrated by it so it does need to be fixed.

Well I just posted in the forum gremlin thread, but now that I'm seeing this thread, I might as well post here too... I've been having the same problem, and still am... usually one or sometimes two refreshes does the trick... but still frustrating, especially when in a hurry or trying to catch up on several days worth of posts (like I'm doing right now).
