Topic: This is random but I've GOT to know...

Ok so in one of the new episodes of Scrubs a new female character is introduced in the typical hair blowing in the wind slow motion shirt unbuttoned kind of way. The music played is something that I guarantee you everyone would recognize, its of a sax playing this smooth jazz that's very typically used in this kind of scene. I've been searching all over but I can't for the life of me figure out what song that is!

If it's any help it's in the episode of Scrubs and the woman is the new Administrative Assistant.

So I went to the gym last night, and I get on the treadmill...headphones on, Joe blaring away.
Then I look up and Scrubs is on. The very first scene I see is the one you described (I had just read your post before I left for the gym), but obviously there's no sound unless you're tuned into that specific channel.
It was sort of ironic/funny because they had the "closed captioning" on and it said something like "smooth jazz plays in the background".
I'll try to keep an ear open next time!

Ah I found a clip with the song in it! I've been watching Scrubs nonstop on my computer and as it turns out the creators use the song I was talking about quite a bit...here you go. The song starts at 11 seconds.

A wild guess.. maybe - Dave Blume.  The sax on the show clip sounds similar to Dave's theme from "Taxi Driver".
