Paul ignorant ?  wink.....he has been around quite awhile, must have got his stories mixed up....I saw him last night on TV, a show from "The Roadhouse", really cool...halfway through his set he brings in strings, I yell out "ELEANOR RIGBY", my wife just giggles..."you weirdo"...of course he played it

Exactly why I will never buy tickets for GNR...I told people at work he would jam someone up somewhere...Axl is not on my must see list, ever!...I dont want his excuses

I was lucky enought to see four fifths of the original band when they played the Milton Keynes Bowl in 1992, by that time Gilby Carke had joined the band, but he was unwell so Izzy Stradlin played this date as a one off with Slash, Duffy and Axl.
That was then, I would not consider seeing GNR now.
