Saw this last night and enjoyed it. It's billed as a docu-drama and I imagine parts were juiced up as well as toned down at the directors discretion. I thought they made Muddy out to be more bitter than egotistical, but it's very obvious why he was. Adrian Brody as Leonard Chess and Beyonce as Etta James are the stand out performances IMO.

I see a 2 pm show down the street from me...they only gave it 2 out of 5 stars...I'm thinking our views and ratings depend on your love of music history in general...might go
