Sam Bradford throwing to everyone today (4 different receivers for tds)...for the Sooners

This will be the highest scoring game of the season....I doubt that each others defense can stop each other

I guess I missed this post originally. Those poor Red Raiders had a dose of reality. Welcome to the big time boys. 85,000 screaming for revenge. Now all we got to do is take care of the Pokes and its Big 12 Championship time with another chance at the whole enchilada. We play enough BCS games we are bound to get lucky and win one.

Looks like the Big 12 may end up being decided on the BCS rankings on Monday, if my info is correct...this BCS system needs a complete over haul...I think the "messiah' is wrong, there should be a playoff system for more than just the top 8 teams ranked at the end of the year...imo

Regardless of what the BCS thinks, or what the rankings say, or the rest of all of your opinions, and let's not forget statistics either, THE Ohio State Buckeyes are the best. Now before you all get yer jock straps in a tangle, my point is stick with your team, I do year in and year out, through the highs and lows. I was born into it and raised on them and it's in my blood. Hang in there everybody, even you Husky fans.

I was Sooner Born and Sooner bred, when I die I'll be Sooner dead. Go Oklahoma Go Oklahoma Go OU. Growing up in Oklahoma with not much else to cheer for the Sooners are forever etched into ones being. The State is pretty much consumed with Football. Losing to our in state rivals OSU would of been much too much to bear. No worries.

J Dawg I saw the Buckeys come down in the 70"s kick our butts all over the field and us return the favor with a last minute field goal to win there. Ewve Von Schamman one of the first Soccer import kickers into the college ranks.

Re: NCAA football predictions??

I see my fighting Irish are 6-6....and bowl eligible..oh PLEEEEASE!!!...they just got creamed by the spoiled children...maybe they should buy out the remainer of Charlies contract....on another note...Lane Kiffin (remember that baby faced ex Raider coach) is going to take over at Tennessee next year...umm no...get a seasoned coach, I hear you can buy Notre Dames coach real cheap, just gotta take on his contract for 7 years...do it, it's a really great deal tongue

Wasn't unpaid parking tickets...just a money-grabbing step-mother who spent my last year's college tuition on clothes and donuts!!! Not that I'm bitter in the slightest!!  smile

Re: NCAA football predictions??

I love the occasional wager on college games, but I wouldn't touch next week's 'Bama/Fla. game with a ten foot pole. Personally I think these conference championship games should be eliminated in favor of a playoff system for the national championship.

That's the spirit Jim, I'll follow Cal, Notre Dame, as well as Oregon(went to high school with Mike Belloti) as long as it doesn't effect the Buckeyes chances. I just love the game at the college level even though I've always lived in areas with pro teams. Good luck to the Sooners and I hope whoever the Buckeyes draw will regret it.

Re: NCAA football predictions??

Oklahoma and Mizzou for the Big 12 title game...I would NOT be wearing ANY Sooner gear in Texas today...them people are screaming mad....blame it on the BCS system not anything else...even if Mizzou wins (no way), there not playing Alabama for the title game (presuming Alabama handles Florida)...just my opinion...Utah, Boise St, Ballstate no chance this year

Re: NCAA football predictions??

Payback is a biotch, Mack Brown deserved exactly what he got. He pimps his team and tries to screw all the others when they're more deserving every year in the BCS coaches voting, IMHO. It's a crying shame that teams like Boise State, Utah, and Ball State don't get their shot because they don't play in a big money conference. Last year Hawaii got a shot and got thumped by Georgia, but two years ago Boise State made the most of their shot at Oklahoma. The key ingredient these college players have that's sorely lacking in the pros is heart, something that multi-million dollar contracts stifle.

Re: NCAA football predictions??

The only thing we can agree on Dawg is your new tag line. College Football does rule. We will get to see if the Big 12 is for real. I do know this the Sooners love it when they are the dog. I do hope the Buckeyes spank the whiners down south. More to come stay tuned. Just wish it wasn't a month away. Brett left the Pack and I haven't watched the Jets since Namath and the Sonic's I mean Thunder suck so nothing else to watch.

Even though it gags me to say this, Meyer is the better coach. This game will probably be decided by which defense is stiffer, a lot of offense on both sides. Here's one of those jock turned commentator deep thoughts, The team that scores the most points will definitely win the game. OU and +40? I want some of that action!!!!!!!!!!!

P.S. Shreddy, you know I watch football from 9am to 9pm every Sat. and even those MAC games they played on Tue. nights this season, I've seen 'em all. Got tix for Cal/Miami on the 27th, GO BEARS, a home game just across the bay.
