Topic: Great Pedal!!!

I just got a Barber Burn Unit.  Its an older version but man does it sound great.
I highly suggest you all look into these pedals. They have two channels. The first is a light overdrive that can roar, the second channel is a very nice overdrive for leads.

I cant stress enough how great this pedal sounds. I play thru a 58 les paul reissue into a vox AC30 and a Twin.  It is sounding great thru both.
Check this out.  If you all need this kind of pedal it should be something you consider.

Re: Great Pedal!!!

The Barber pedals are great.  I have two of them, the Direct Drive and the Tone Press in my rack.  I don't use them much these days but they are fabulous pedals.

Re: Great Pedal!!!

I played the Burn unit before when I was trying out the Texas Deuce from OceanEFX.  I liked the Burn Unit but the Texas Deuce was too much to pass on.

I found this burn unit on Ebay for 100 bucks under what it sells for.  I could not pass it up.
I love the sound of Just Got Paid when running thru this pedal.  It not only screams but it just brings a warmth I havent found yet.

The Texas Deuce is a great rhythm pedal.  It can even handle leads.  I cant wait to get the Pearl and try them out together.

Hopefully its coming soon.

Danny G- I played thru a Fuchs 50 watt head I believe it was a overdrive special or whatever the flagship is. I cant recall.  I had a really hard time getting and full sounds out of it.  You praise the hell out of this amp and I felt really dumb trying to figure it out with a PRS les paul type guitar and the store.
Can you enlighten me as to your dials... Maybe I had a setting on that I couldnt figure out. I dont know.

Thanks- Jeremy
