Topic: Vegas

So next week I am going to Vegas for three days to speak at a citizen journalism panel.  But, I will have my nights free.  So, I want to see loud guitars in Vegas.

Suggestions.

And I get a night in Denver as well

If he's in town you should check out Stoney Curtis on his home turf. Well worth the cab ride.

I am also wondering about food.

Given the theme restaraunts, I love low country cooking, and was wondering if you all knew of anything?

Not sure what you mean by low country cooking. I actually liked Toby Keiths Place. Good food, good quantity of food, reasonable price for Vegas. Burgers, ribs, steaks that sort of thing. The deli at Treasure Island is also a personal favorite. Great pastrami.
