There are definitely people out there that are as good as some of the top guitarists on the scene. I met one of them once. He said name any song and I'll play it - and he did!

You're absolutely correct Fret! I'm sure you could pursue a stage career if you wanted to, but teaching people is more important to you because it's something you love to do. It's the same thing for men like Walter Trout, Eric Sardinas and Chris Duarte who show up every year at Shank Hall to play. There may only be 50 or 60 people in the audience, but they still come. Why? As Eric said to me, "It's all about the music brother", and they truly love what they're doing.

Some people just freeze in front of a crowd....some don't. Plenty of great bedroom guitarists out there.....until the spotlight comes on. Still, good to listen to.....thanks for the link.
