Topic: Hello from Jeff and Debbie in Ohio

Hello fellow blues-rockers and fellow guitar geeks!  While we have been fans of this style of music for many years we just started listening to Joe in the last 2 or 3 years.  We've been big fans of Walter Trout since we lived in Huntington Beach in the early 90's seeing him regularly at his homebase at Perq's on Main street.  Thanks to my brother Tom and his lovely wife Barbara we started getiing into Joes music and finally went to I was able to go to a show with them last year.  Monday night was Debbies first show, now we're both addicted, it's all your fault Tom and Barbara!  We have 3 teenage children, 2 of which also play guitar, who have been to shows also,  Joe really has a wide range of ages at his shows.

For the guitar geeks...

I've (Jeff) been playing the blues in my living room on my beloved Gibson 330 for many years, our son plays an Epiphone SG and our daughter an Ibanez acoustic.  The 330 plays  like a dream and I recommend the Epiphones for beginner and intermediate players.

Rock On!  Jeff and Debbie

Hi you guys!!!

It's two for the price of ONE!!!  A couple membership!  A warm welcome to the Forum!!

So, let me get this straight...... you used to live in So. Cal. and now you're in Ohio???  I came to So. Cal. FROM Ohio.  You attended...... the Fraze show???

So glad you found Joe and his music, and now, his Forum.  It's a pretty nice place, with some pretty OUTSTANDING people hanging out - including, on occasion, the MAN himself.

Enjoy.

I know that Joe could play one of those kid's guitars with the plastic strings and make it sound good-

Wow..and entire family!!! One of the best things about Joe is his appeal across age groups. I bet parties at your house are a jamfest! There are many gear nuts and musicians here so your fun has just begun. Thanks for joining our party!    Cathy
