Topic: Just wanted to say Hi...

I was introduced to JB's music earlier this year ( Blues Deluxe ) and was lucky enough to see him live last night in Kettering, OH. at the Fraze Pavillion. Which, btw, is a fantastic venue. Anyway, I was completely blown away by the performance. We all know how good he is, but I could honestly see, and feel, the dedication and sincerity from ALL the musicians of putting on a truly memorable show. Talk about a work ethic! Everything was perfect. Last night was my first, but certainly not my last. BTW, "Live from nowhere..." is the best live recording I have heard since Deep Purple Made in Japan was released ( Yeah, I'm an old guy). In closing, I'm glad this site and forum exists. Thanks for having me.

My guitar doesn't have those notes on it...

Nice way to come in the door! Great story! "Old" is subjective here. A sound musical soul is ageless. You picked a great time to jump on Bonamassa Express....here we go....    Cathy

Hey tele,

I said hi to you on your other post, but, thought it wouldn't hurt to welcome you a second time, particularly since you seem to be so GLAD TO BE HERE!!!!

I was at the FIRST Fraze show back in June, which got rain delayed/semi-cancelled with Joe coming back out, most graciously to give those of us who toughed it out, one last half hour of BLISS.  It was a GREAT NIGHT...... even IF I was wet and cold!!!!

Joe did NOT have to re-schedule that show....... that should speak volumes to you about what kind of person he is.  Glad you found him.  Glad you were at the Fraze.  Glad you're here.

P. S.  and Pete (ragamuffin) is right.  The water is just fine.  smile

I know that Joe could play one of those kid's guitars with the plastic strings and make it sound good-
