I have a question sir.

Wasn't it a jetblue flight that did a header into the 'glades back in 95 or 96?

Therefore if they cancel a flight would you not consider that good fortune?

That was a Valu-Jet DC9 in 1996.  Killed everybody.

They might've done me as favor cancelling the flight.  They did me no favors stranding me without covering my extra expenses.  When I asjed where they were going to put me up, they said the weather's not our fault and we're a discount airline already.

They swore to Congress back in Feb. after their mishandling of the cancelled flights due to the ice storm, that they would take steps to correct the problem, so they spent $30 million to come up with a patient's bill of rights.

If you read it, it says weather is not our fault, but the committee will look at it within 6 weeks.

So we'll see what they say then.

Brother, it smells like fish to me.
