This is not meant to discourage you or rain on your parade, because you ARE averaging over 15 posts a day, which is great. But, to put things in perspective, there's at least one person on this site that has averaged over 7 posts a day...every day, for more than a year and a half. Something to aspire to?
Keep up the great posts, I for one am enjoying them.

It was like rounds, you played each of the 10ish people, and audience votes.

What competition was it? Do you play songs? or somet? u in any bands Scagey?
At the moment, its hard to find anybody whos loyal at my age, so im in and out of bands, im in a good one right now, we're not too sure of a name, but we make em up prior to any gigs.
But this competition consitsted of like famous songs which you jam to, and just bluesy jams, which soon turned fast and shred as the evening went on, hell yeah i myself even pulled a few sweeps out! LOL
It was really fun though, coz i was in a round with this guy i drew with last time, and this time i wasnt goin down wothout some fight, so wem were both goin at it with like chuck berry style, and under the leg, with teeth, over head, killswitch, feeback, all that kinda stuff, definately my summer highlight so far.

IC just wondered what it was all about.... Me and the other guitarist in the band do that sort of stuff its fun for a few songs...
Im in a band with a 70 year old, 47 year old and a 38 year old. Im 24 myself so its quite a mix we seem to get on well playing jazz and blues etc, infact its like going to a music lesson for me abundance of knowledge and talent that I just sponge up.... the 70 year old guy is the bassist hes been playing since before my parents were born lol, he's a pro musician playing in Jazz bands, Orchestras etc etc etc they guy is none stop teaching me which is cool to say the least hes miles better at guitar then me too so its all good
I guess what I'm trying to say is different ages can be cool too
Guess that proves that age dosnt matter does it!
Im in a band my self, playing our first festival with new singer, but our third gig together, me and bassist have been goin since we were 11, but its a big(ish) fest, and we're hopefultt gonna win the crowds over with some classic rock, and material of our own.
We'll post our song when we record it, tell me what ya think when i do.
