Topic: The beauty of music
Looking at the diversity of people on this forum it got me thinking. If there is one thing in the world that brings people together... it's good music. It reminds me of that scene in the newer Alamo movie (the one with Billy Bob Thorton) when Davy Crocket whips out his fiddle and everyone on both sides start to listen and forget about the entire battle. I don't care who you are... music will always make you meet people you would never otherwise meet and make good friends. Just look what it did when Motown brought the Black and White communities together in the Sixties and Seventies.
