Topic: Eric Lindell

Friends of ours recently turned us on to this guy. Have any of you heard of Eric Lindell?  If you're into foot stomping R&B, swamp and blues, you will probably like this guy.  I just bought  his 'Change In The Weather' cd and it's getting quite a bit of play time.

Ken and I are going to see him in Tampa next Friday at Skippers Smoke House, then he's off to Northern California.  If you think you might like him, check out his website or go see him.

Hey Susan...

Eric played the Pittsburgh Blues Festival last year, but unfortunately I got there too late to catch it.  However, he got RAVE reviews from the people that did see him.....

I like him.....but I'm a sucker for that N'awlins/swamp funk thang!!

I see where he played the Pittsburgh Blues Festival from Sister Cathy's post about this year's festival.  His picture from the 2007 festival is on the link she posted.

Anyway, I'm really looking forward to seeing him Friday night.  We're meeting up with 4 other couples.  It should be really fun.
