Wow. I am from the Monterey bay and saw Joe yesterday and cannot believe it. He was off the charts. I am 51 years old with 5 kids from 1 to 31. I play in a really good band myself and cannot tell you all how much Joe had an impact on me. I am very honored to have seen him yesterday. Great show. I knew he was good but the total package he brings is magical. WOW!
Aha my friend, welcome to the fold! Yep, the first concert usually does it for most folk. Welcome to Joe's forum. You'll enjoy it here, there are plenty of followers here from both sides of the pond and elsewhere. We get the chance to meet up occasionally at Joe's gigs and there is a great friendly atmosphere here too. Welcome!

Kids from 1 to 31 - that's gotta be a GREAT story. I just met a couple like that on my flight back from Johio. They have a 28 year old, somone in between, and a NEWBORN!! EEK!!

BTW: You can preorder the new double live CD. This baby WILL debut as #1 on the blues charts as have the last couple of his releases.

I'm in total envy that you're in a good band, but you do realize that you'll be 72 before the last one leaves the house.

Glad you enjoyed the show, I know I was knocked out just like every time I see him play. Hi everyone and thanks so much for the warm welcome. I have a bunch of friends who are equally blown away by Joe's show and they are still talking about it today. Huge impact. Every person I know that was in that arena was completely blown away. My wife included.
San Jose here I come!!! Can't wait!
Big Jeff- I do realize that I will be way ancient by the time my one year old leaves the roost but I would not change a thing. Way better dad the second time around. Both my last two we adopted at birth, 7 and 1, they could not be better. The others are 25,28 and 31.
I will convert them all to JB fans, my one year old was there for the whole show so she is an instant fan!!!!!

BTW I was adopted at 7 weeks old as was my older sister (not blood) at 4 weeks old. We were raised by a great family. We always knew were adopted. Our parents were also in their 50's when I was adopted. My best to you and your family!
And to those wondering, yes I found my biological parents. E me if you have questions.
