I just about laughed my a** off when reading a post just now. I got to the end of the post and found that the footnote quote was from one of my previous posts.
Thanks Libby, that's the best laugh I've had in at least a week!

I guess I haven't been paying close enough attention to your footnotes, or maybe it's one of those psychological block/defense mechanisms that kicked in.

You shoulda asked yesterday!
Actually, it's been pretty good. If all goes as planned, I should be able to ditch this sling a week from tomorrow. Then the serious therapy starts.
Last night, my physical therapist had my arm about 120 degrees from horizontal (as I was laying on my back, it was well behind my head). Not really too much pain...until I woke up this morning. I popped a few advil (no dilaudid, rocks or otherwise) and was back to normal within an hour.
